01Automatic job search

Do the best roles really wait until you look?

Think again. What you need is an agent that does the looking for you.

01Automatic job search

Set it once. Then forget it.

Roles are often live for days, not weeks. They appear and disappear while you are working, on holiday or asleep, and you never knew they existed. Your agent looks every day, and every match is waiting for you, scored, with a tweaked CV ready to send.

02Tailor your CV

The first barrier isn't a person. It's software.

98% of the largest US companies screen applications with software. Most CVs never reach a human.

Swipe right. Your CV, tweaked for that job.

We don't change who you are or what you've done. We just tweak how it reads, so it gets past the software. It's still 100% you.
